Interested in becoming a conference presenter but don’t know where to start? This session will be your individualized guide to developing a quality conference proposal. Speakers will discuss the various options for session type and review the typical requirements for a submission. The goal of this workshop is to support potential speakers through the submission process to some of the most well-recognized conferences for PAs. Facilitators will provide tips and help attendees to avoid common pitfalls while creating a successful proposal. Participants are encouraged to bring a previous submission draft or be prepared with a new topic idea. By the end of the session, attendees should have a proposal ready to submit to their selected conference.

At the conclusion of this session, participants should be able to:
⦁ Navigate submission instructions for applicable conferences
⦁ Determine the targeted audience and select a suitable topic
