This workshop presents and reviews common fractures seen in orthopaedics, emergency medicine, urgent care, and family practice. A basic review of fracture classification and types will be given at the start of the workshop, then participants will be shown a variety of x-rays divided up by body part to review and identify the fracture type, description, and location of the fracture. There will be groups covering, shoulder, hand/wrist, hip/pelvis, foot/ankle, and pediatric fractures.

Learning Objectives:

At the conclusion of this session, participants should be able to:
⦁ Identify the various types of fractures
⦁ Correctly diagnose pediatric fractures
⦁ Identify and describe hand and wrist fractures, shoulder fractures, hip fractures, foot and ankle fractures, and spine fractures
