How much do you know about gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and its diagnosis and treatment? In this engaging, interactive symposium, participants will get to test their knowledge about GERD against their peers in a fun quiz show format. Participants will also learn about new and emerging options for the management of GERD, mechanisms of action of novel therapies, clinical guidelines, and practical issues, such as when to refer to specialty care when seeing patients with difficult-to-treat GERD that does not respond to conventional therapies.

This activity has been reviewed by the AAPA Review Panel and is compliant with AAPA CME Criteria. This activity is designated for 1 AAPA Category 1 CME credits. PAs should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation. Approval is valid from 5/19/2024 to 6/16/2024. AAPA reference number: CME-2010791.
